I am specialising in local (waste, planning and building regulations, contaminated sites, protected species and habitats, environmental permitting, environmental compliance, waste, polluted sites, noise (and other statutory nuisance, permit compliance and related enforcement and litigation) and international (EU-wide) work (including WEEE/RoHS, product regulation, eco-design, CE-marking, take-back and waste work, REACH and climate change). I am part of A&O Brussels Real Estate Team, focusing on admin and env issues in real estate transactions- including focusing on public domain, concession, planning and economic expansion issues. I'm also part of A&O "Human Rights Interest Group", and a member of the IBA Task Force on "Climate Change and Human Rights", and also focus on CSR.
