I had the opportunity of being part of the opening of the 2 first Decathlon stores in South Africa, in Decathlon Alberton and Decathlon Greenstone. During this period, I had the chance to show the local new teams who we are, how we work and participate to what we want to represent in South Africa. My main role was to take the lead on the implementation of the store. Above this, creating adapted procedures in terms of security and all operational points was part of my mission, as well as the training the teams on security, products and so on.
