Technical lead for the Red Hat Partner Certification platform, setting architectural direction and driving AI adoption, platform security, and large-scale modernization. - Designed and built the Connect AI Service from the ground up — an AI-powered product information generation platform using Vertex AI, enabling partners to auto-generate product listings with real-time streaming, conflict resolution, and human review workflows. It won the AI Impact award. - Built CTE IntelliReview — an AI-powered code review tool for GitLab merge requests. - Drove a platform-wide security initiative — introduced SonarQube across all applications, initiated web application penetration testing, and migrated to Red Hat Hardened container images. - Led the modernization of the shared component library — migrated 15+ components from microbundle to Vite with Biome and strict TypeScript.

Led the Certified Technology Apps development and quality engineering team on the Red Hat Partner Connect platform. Mentored developers and QE engineers, and drove product roadmap decisions. - Led a major product-centric workflow revamp of the entire partner certification experience, introducing component-based architecture, product scoring, and publish-readiness checks across all certification types. - Delivered certification support for new Red Hat technologies including CNF (Cloud-Native Network Functions), OpenShift Virtualization, RHEL 8/9 containers, OpenShift 4.11 CNI/CSI, and OpenStack (RHOSO 18). - Built and launched the Red Hat Partner SFTP platform end-to-end — partner management, SSH key lifecycle, Ansible Automation Platform integration, and HTTPS access. - Revamped partner onboarding and account management, including company profile, team member management, and self-service workflows. - Drove a unified navigation and chroming initiative across all partner-facing applications, creating a cohesive platform experience. - Led security hardening efforts including penetration testing, weak cipher restrictions, and SSO migration to Keycloak.
