Conduct CRP sessions. Help the business teams understand the product capabilities of Oracle Retail products. Installation of the Oracle Retail suite of products (ORPOS, SIM, Xstore, Xenvironment, Xcenter/Xadmin, ORCE - CRM, OROB - Order Broker, OROMS - Order Management Systems). Analysis and gathering of the business requirements, help the BA understand and create Functional Documents for IT teams perusal. Gather requirements and help implement interfaces from the host systems to other upstream and downstream systems. Review functional test cases based on the business requirements. Contemplate and build new features unavailable in the Vanilla product but deemed required for Industry. Identifying the gaps between the business requirement and the product capabilities. Translating the gaps identified to Functional requirements. Technical review of the developed Functional documents to identify and resolve technical constraints. Setting up the environment for testing. Troubleshoot the environment to keep it up and running. Tracing requirements and their completion via the requirement traceability matrix.
Handling technical testing of several JAVA based SOA applications at customer site in airline production. Troubleshooting & installing the Windchill Jar files on UNIX servers.
