- Responsible for successful running and growing IPG and Decoratives business in Jharkhand for all applications (Construction, Coating, Toner, Paper, Leather). - Ensure each Distributor is aligned in goal, capability, business focus and capital resources to maximize Tata Pigments' business and agree a multi-yearly Business Plan that is fully aligned with company's Marketing strategy and targets, and deliver activities that allow to deliver performance and to develop profitable and sustainable business for both TPL and Distributors. - Ensure good channel management (reviewing distribution set up, appointing competitive dealers for IPG and Decoratives) - Exploring new business opportunities through targeted untapped markets in order to enhance the sales growth - Ensure performance of the products based on knowledge of the end applications and provide feedback to the BU Head - Increase in customer satisfaction index through timely support and service on pre and after sales issues such as right product offerings and attending to technical complaints. - Provide support to BU Head for India Sales strategy (responsible to product and market strategy for Jharkhand) - Execute price increase / Improved product mix across the region and Improve the market position of IPG and Decoratives year on year. - To provide forecast for warehouse planning to address the market. - To support BU head for budgeting and rolling forecast for the region with targeted accuracy levels of 80%+ - Link business plans to external alignment and shared vision.
