Currently working as Assistant Manager - Retail Planning/Merchandising and MIS with French international brand Celio. Prior to Celio, I was working with Reliance Brands in Retail Planning and Merchandising department for international brands like Timberland, Quiksilver, Thomas Pink and Dune. I have also interned with Genesis Luxury in Marketing for high end luxury brands like Jimmy Choo, Tumi, Canali, Etro, Armani, Bottega Venetta. Before moving into retail, I have done graduation in Journalism from Delhi University. • Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly reports including daily sales, sales and stock, customer analysis, product lifecycle and other MIS reports • Draft, analyze and share KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) • Business and Operations budgeting • Preparing Open-To-Buy plan (OTB) • Plan and execute EOSS. Pre and Post EOSS analyses • Devise stock liquidation strategies; offer and promo analyses • Offer buyers in-season buying options based on style wise sell-through analyses • Co-ordination with stores, logistics and channels partners like SIS, E-Commerce and Distribution for allocation and replenishment of stock • Verify stock at stores and replenish them for EBOs & channel partners • Handle inter-store transfers • Monitor movement of stock from and into stores • Interact with visual merchandising and marketing teams to ensure sales at the store
Working for luxury brands such as Jimmy Choo, Canali, Armani, Bottega Veneta etc. on assignments pertaining to customized communications for clients, building associations with like-minded corporate partners and analysis of daily sales reports and events on various fronts. Also worked with with e-marketing team to understand the in depth functioning of SEO, Google Analytics, E-mail and Mobile marketing amid others.
