Construction of 2 Drinking water treatment plants in West Africa: Senegal, Dakar (40 000m3/d, 9M) and Mali, Bamako (144 000m3/d, 75 M). • Supervision of the project construction works progress and quality for on-time • Development and follow up of the planning (MS Project); Budget Planning and cost control with the company ERP • Monitor and measure the works progress, through the BoQ, drawings and technical specifications. (improving the purchasing efficiency) • Project coordination between services and Joint Venture members • Assist the HQ in the preparation of project/contracts related documentations such as periodic progress reports, site monitoring reports, stake holder meeting minutes, engineer’s instructions and variation orders, contractor’s bills review reports, client hand-over documents and contracts close-out reports • Providing administrative support to the project • Liaise to follow-up on progress with design and contractor offices as required and providing document control management (validation process and correspondences). • Selection of subcontractors, including preparation of works contracts with selected contractors and dynamic plans.
