I’m Gary Thompson, Founder of LTM Recruit. Recruitment isn’t something you can massively reinvent — it’s always going to be about relationships, trust, understanding what businesses need, and finding the right people. I started LTM Recruit because after years in the industry, I wanted to build something that reflects how I like to work — straightforward, honest, responsive, and focused on doing a good job for both clients and candidates. For me, recruitment should feel personal, not transactional. Whether it’s a permanent hire, contract support or fractional talent, the goal is the same: understand the brief properly, be transparent throughout, and deliver the right outcome. LTM Recruit is simply my way of doing things.
