Full Project Direction - Al Habtoor Tower (Business Bay) and Al Habtoor Grand (Marina) As the Project Director for the Al Habtoor Tower in Business Bay, Dubai, I lead and oversee the strategic planning, design, and execution of this high-rise development. My role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely completion of project milestones. I am responsible for monitoring the budget, mitigating risks, and adhering to quality standards, all while maintaining strong communication between stakeholders. The project aims to deliver a state-of-the-art, mixed-use tower that aligns with the vision for Al habtoor City, Business Bay as a premier business and residential hub in Dubai. 347m Tower 87 floor + roof, total floor area of approximately 1.4 million square feet (about 130,000 square meters). This includes space for residential and commercial units across its multiple floors. Apartments: The tower includes over 2,000 luxury apartments, with a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. Sky Decks: The project incorporates multiple sky decks, offering panoramic views of the city and the surrounding area. These sky decks are designed to provide high-end recreational spaces for residents. Swimming Pools: The development includes several swimming pools, including infinity pools for residents and guests. These are located on various levels, including the roof and leisure areas.
Successfully led high-performing project team in a highly challenging, detailed, and innovative AED2.5 billion (package size AED800 million) Mega project with Zero Tolerance specification. Managed and delivered full-size mockup and testing of every element prior to construction to ensure quality is met in accordance with the Zero Tolerance specification. Responsible for positively contributing to the engineering of the unique structure and façade for the project which involved white concrete, space fame steel structure, geometric GRC façade panels, piling, caps, concrete structures, Piling, waterproofing, lighting, landscape, etc
Successfully supporting all current façade projects Dubai wide. Bid team support, pre-construction, and legacy projects. Using my wealth of experience, fast tracking and streamlining I would consider that all delayed facades were put back on track, teams updated and supported, and client confidence restored in respect to facades and all external elements.
Successfully led the team to turnaround a legacy project that at time of joining needed an innovative proactive approach to all façade, civil and structural steel works. Ensuring design, fabrication and installation of all works were complete to enable the team to drive towards completion.
