SmartCompany’s CRM product is a hosted web-based solution with contact management, calendar and task management, lead management, pipeline management, order fulfillment, and document management modules. It supports the tracking of all activities including emails, notes, and status changes resulting in one-click access to activity, pipeline, and sales reports and graphs. The product is accessible via a browser-based web solution, an IE plug-in toolbar, Word and Excel add-ins, and a .NET based smart client.
