I am committed to executing one goal -- creatively saving tenants and other commercial real estate end-users money on their workplace overhead with integrity. I advocate tirelessly, exclusively to tilt the real estate process (which in many respects favors building owners and their lenders) to reflect each end-user's unique leverage in the marketplace and, as such, fairly price that firm's or company's workplace real estate commitments. Unlike so-called "full service" brokers whose work continues to corrode the real estate process, I neither solicit nor will accept engagements on behalf of any commercial landlord. As such, I never compromise the interests of the space occupier to preserve the opportunity to compete for future listing engagements (or other work) from building owners. And, these commitments apply to my collaborative end-user work, with colleagues at Tactix and our partners of Exis Global, in other major business centers on this continent as well as in Asia, Australia, Canada and Europe.
I regularly collaborate with our 350 peer members and principals of Exis Global, a company owned and operated by Tactix and more than 20 other elite, independent, like-minded advisory firms, which (like Tactix) exclusively represent end-users of commercial real estate in major business centers in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. I am committed to leveraging, literally on a global platform, the unique power of the end-user in the real estate process to drive low corporate real estate costs while satisfying each user's other strategic workplace goals.
