My mission is a simple one: leave the world a better place than when I got here. I fulfill that mission as president and CEO of Northwoods, where we’re dedicated to delivering technology that helps those serving the most vulnerable members of society.
Provide strategic direction to ensure Northwoods achieves its vision of pioneering transformation and innovation in human services. Pilot substantial and sustained growth so that Northwoods can continue doing more, investing more, giving more, and growing more to be a company that doesn’t just sell software, but leaves a lasting and meaningful impact on the world. In the last 10 years, we’ve invested heavily in researching new technologies for child welfare, culminating with the launch of Traverse in 2017. We also partnered with the state of Ohio in 2018 to transform human services delivery across six program areas, helping 21,000 potential users statewide deliver higher quality citizen-centric services more efficiently. Most recently, we launched Caretivity in 2020 to help social workers and their teams stay connected and collaborative to provide better care for their clients.
Solidified Northwoods’ targeted focus on helping human services agencies use our technology solutions to do what they do best: help people. During this time, Northwoods added over 10,000 users in child support and economic assistance across six states (in order: OH, NC, CA, NV, WV, MN), including our first statewide deals in Nevada and West Virginia.
