Dealing with all aspects of IT at Griffin Markets including client connectivity and services.
Provide management and guidance, strategic direction and support for the Apps team within IT Operations. This team provides 2nd and 3rd line support at the required service levels for all IT systems that are hosted or managed by EDF Trading, through the definition and implementation of a technical support strategy covering all in-house and vendor-purchased systems in use by the business.
Responsible for management of all 3rd party applications in use at EDF Trading. These include front office trading applications,electronic counterpart matching and power scheduling and notification. In the middle and back office I am responsible for the Trade & Risk Management systems and accounting systems. In addition to this I am also responsible for the management of the Domino e-mail and collaboration system.
