As Country Manager BeNeLux at Shockwave Medical, I focus on driving sustainable growth and implementing strategic transformations in the MedTech sector. Passionate about integrating innovative technologies into clinical practice, I lead the Benelux business, working closely with a high-performing sales team to strengthen stakeholder alignment and foster collaboration with interventional cardiologists, radiologists, and vascular surgeons. My core competencies include stakeholder management, public speaking, and strategic implementation. By emphasizing data-driven decision-making, I aim to build strong partnerships, ensure disciplined execution, and contribute to advancing patient care across coronary and peripheral interventions.
Led complex organizational transformation as Transformation Lead, guiding the successful transition from distributor model to a fully integrated direct organization. Benelux became the first Shockwave region embedded into Johnson & Johnson. Built and coached a high-performing sales team, defining and executing the regional strategy. Strong focus on stakeholder alignment, KOL engagement, and disciplined execution to drive sustainable growth.
