Prior to that, I served as CEO of Engageware (formerly TimeTrade), where I scaled the business from startup to category leadership in online appointment scheduling, enabling over 1 billion annual appointments and supporting $350B in transactions, and exited the company to a PE. My prior roles include President and Co-founder of SecureMedia (acquired by Motorola), EVP at Cognio (acquired by Cisco), and VP at Xionics (IPO and acquisition). My experience deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, financial planning, M&A integration, and team scaling. I currently serve as Founder and Chairman of Alithia Labs, focused on AI product strategy, and I host *The CEO AI Podcast*, where I shares insights on AI adoption and operational growth. I also advise multiple startups and have served on public and private boards, including Valpey-Fisher (NASDAQ: VPF). My degrees are from Harvard and Cornell, and I recently completed executive education certificate in Applied Generative Artificial Intelligence at MIT. I have "high agency" leadership style.
