The School Team hit Sales Plan in each of the 3 years and made Plan by July in the 4th year. • Led growth of over 20 million pounds or over $50 million in K12 sales in 3 years. Achieved 2017 Plan by July 31st. • Developed products for NYCBOE, Miami/Dade, Charlotte Mecklenburg, Fairfax and Montgomery County, etc. This partnership led to over 3.7 million pounds of new business. • Added eight new items to the Alabama State School bid leading to 2.2 million pounds of new business. • Created USDA Commodity Drawdown program by partnering with School Foodservice Directors nationally with specific emphasis on the Top 100 accounts. This program focus lead to par levels below 10%. • Developed APF Bid Procedures and templates which translated in to 24 million pounds of new business for the 2017/2018 School Year.
