I’m a QA Lead with 24+ years of IT experience across Insurtech, FinTech, Telecoms, and Security. I specialise in test strategy, automation frameworks, and CI/CD delivery, ensuring robust and efficient quality pipelines. At Omnio, I lead testing across frontend and backend APIs using Playwright, Supertest, and Azure DevOps, and champion the use of AI tools like Claude and Warp to boost productivity and innovation in testing.     SimplyIOA was one of the first to market to offer Online Quote and Bind for Personal Lines Insurance in the American Market. From its startup in 2020 I joined soon after and have been involved from the very beginning as they grew the business to over 58 million dollars in premiums as off today. They have developed Extensive relationships with Household names in the American Insurance Underwriters market like, Progressive, Allstate, Nationwide, Travellers, check the site out at SimplyIOA SME, I led the testing strategy for the Personal Home product line in the B2C marketplace becoming the SME on this product. This frontend is built on react and has become one of the main products we offer in the B2C space and has been a key revenue and lead generator. In its simplest form the frontend would process the various customer details and communicate with 3rd party underwriters and be provided with quotes SME for Distributions and partnership offering. This B2B product allowed us to offer our services to a diverse range of businesses in the Auto and Home Sectors, like Mortgage providers, Auto Dealerships, Finance sectors etc. This is a Backend interface that allows 3rd parties to interact with our systems.
