About

I hold a BSc. Honours Degree In Sports Rehabilitation & Athletic Therapy while also being a qualified Sports Therapist. I have worked with various teams and sporting organisations in a variety of roles. I am an avid sports fan and in particular a huge supporter of Shelbourne FC and Leinster Rugby. I enjoy working in a team environment and being part of a multi-functional team of professionals responsible for maintaining our staffs physical and mental wellbeing. Previously I have lectured on both ITEC and QQI syllabuses across multiple modules in the Health & Fitness industry. I have also acted as an internal/external examiner for numerous private institutions. Outside of my normal role, I am the Co-Host of Irelands no.1 Star Wars Podcast where I act as a writer and content creator, while also serving as our Facebook Community Manager. I am a member of the 501st Legion where I previously served a Public Relations Officer, I am also a member of Ireland's Star Wars costuming club, the Emerald Garrison.
