Saipem Karimun Security Manager reporting directly the Overseas Operations Manager Regional Security Manager and Indonesian Security Manager. Responsible for the safety and security of staff on and offshore, by means of coordinating and the management of security assets/protocols onshore. Secondary - tasked to cover/report offshore security events globally reporting to the Overseas Security Operations Manager. To attend project KOM with PMT, ensuring the coordination of security at offshore project worksites, vessel spreads, drilling, and vessels in transit. To conduct Saipem fleet vessel hardening inspections and to support Saipem offshore projects globally.
Offshore Project(s) Security Manager reporting directly to the Project(s) Management and the Overseas Operations Manager to ensure the 24hr safety and security of the offshore projects divided across remote locations offshore throughout the GoG.
Base Security Manager reporting directly to the Regional Security Manager Central/West Africa while liaising with the Project Managers and Project Security Managers to ensure the 24hr safety and security of the base and all projects divided across remote locations throughout the country. To maintain the base security plan and all standard operating procedures, provide operational and tactical support to projects where required. Directly responsible for the safety and security of up to 2000 staff on a base by means of managing and coordinating from the base control room, 200 plus local security staff. Responsibilities also include maintaining a close liaison and developing relationships with all relevant third parties, and stakeholders, coordination of sub-contractor security staff, risk assessments of operational activities, whilst overseeing the coordination of daily journey management. The ability to advise the client management teams on all general and specific aspects of security within the country. To develop the relationship, to mentor and to develop the local security workforce and oversee operations conducted by the MOPOL, Navy, Beach Master, Army, Government Security Forces and Federal Law Enforcement units by way of inductions, training and security drills.
Project Security Manager reporting to the Project Manager while liaising with the Project HSE Manager to ensure the 24hr safety and security of a 17+ fleet of project vessels, divided across three remote locations, by means of coordinating 5 security vessels on a major joint venture offshore pipeline replacement project. The project encompassed the engineering, transportation, construction and installation of sub-sea pipelines, including the shore approach excavation and backfilling. Responsibilities also include maintaining a close liaison with all relevant third parties and stakeholders, coordination of sub-contractor, risk assessments of operational activities, coordinating back-up vessels and logistical support. I'm required to develop and maintenance the offshore security plan and all standard operating procedures, provide operational and tactical support to Ship Security Officers, Offshore Security Advisors and crew on board project vessels - some of which have over 200 personnel on board. Also responsible for the coordination and over sight of all emergency medical evacuations.
