Market industrialization projects: Process engineering coordination, in particular for one project in UK, which received the Nestlé R&D industrialization award. R&D pilot plant: Management of Capex projects, Safety delegate for one critical process line.
- Development of new tire lines, with focus on noise level. - Development of NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) solutions for internal and external customers for tires, chassis and brakes. - Industrialization of tire noise optimization softwares. - Maintenance, consolidation and enhancement of the tire mechanics know-how. Numerical simulation. - Students supervision.
Internship in the tire production plant of Lousado, Portugal. Analysis and improvement of product uniformity.
Member of the Conti Explore Trainee Pool. - Training program in an international group of 15 people (12 nationalities). - Several projects (technical, business, marketing) alone and in groups.
