I am a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years industry experience, including 20 years based in the UAE. I have worked on high value commissions in construction and claims management in the UK, GCC, Germany and throughout Europe. With a background in contracting, since 2010 I have worked as a consultant in relation to quantum claims (incl. EOT, disruption, acceleration, escalation) and commercial disputes and the preparation, analysis and rebuttal of claims in sectors such as international airport developments (CLK, DXB, AUH, MCT), on and off-shore oil and gas projects, petrochemical, coal-fired boilers, rail, hotels, commercial, educational and residential/mixed-use developments.
