Head of Operations Cleveland, OH As an early team member at LAND MOTO, an electric motorcycle startup, I’ve been hands-on in building our production capabilities from the ground up. Starting on the shop floor and growing with the company, I’ve held nearly every role in production—giving me a deep, end-to-end understanding of our manufacturing process. Currently, I lead operations across the company, overseeing key areas including: Process Improvement – Streamlining workflows to boost efficiency and scalability Supply Chain Management – Developing vendor relationships and ensuring reliable sourcing of components Inventory Management – Implementing systems to reduce waste and optimize stock levels Cost Reduction – Identifying savings opportunities without compromising quality Workforce Optimization – Leading and structuring a high-performing production team Quality Control – Establishing standards and systems for consistent, high-quality output My role is centered on building a sustainable, scalable manufacturing operation that supports LAND MOTO’s growth and innovation in electric mobility.
