As the Marketing Automation Manager I create, publish, and manage content in Outreach.io and provide essential insights into the workflow and operations that guide leaders over a SaaS sales team of more than 40 people based in Utah, USA and Dublin, Ireland. As the primary Outreach admin for this team, I drive strategy for content utilization, run A/B testing, and monitor task flow to ensure sequences are followed and leads do not fall through the cracks.
ArbiterSports is a leading software solution for managing events and paying event workers through a secure online platform. As the Director of Marketing, I oversaw all marketing operations pertaining to demand generation, brand management, and pipeline acceleration. I worked closely with sales to develop email campaigns to meet individual territory goals, created a new pitch deck, and provided other sales collateral including one-sheets, customer stories, and event materials that had the company on pace to exceed revenue targets. I managed the company's various social media accounts, and ensured brand guidelines and messaging were strictly followed to maintain a professional, positive voice. I also worked with the Executive Team to plan and execute a client event which I also provided content for.
My primary responsibility as the Marketing Content Manager at MarketStar was to enable Enterprise sales professionals attain a yearly quota of more than $30M. I provided compelling content, messaging, and presentations that were sent to executive stakeholders at top companies around the world. This content included pitch decks, case studies, landing pages, blogs, and collateral sent in ABM campaigns. As the primary blog writer and editor, I managed the calendar of topics, sourced internal authors, and co-managed our relationship with an outside agency. In my tenure I maintained a 100% on-time delivery rate and was used in developing overall strategy for content creation, execution, and management.
Working as an Intel Account Manager, I influenced sales and increased Intel’s wallet share within key partner accounts in the Mountain States region. I developed relationships with Platinum and Gold Intel partners selling and increased Intel’s ability to sell solid state drives, servers, and other products in SMB, education, healthcare, and Enterprise verticals. Working with my partners, we achieved more than 150% of goal for product sales for solid state drives and 115% of goal for servers. I also conducted product demos and configurations, held training sessions, and worked with internal Intel teams to distribute and manage MDF requests and deal registrations.
As an Intel iSRM, I developed and executed marketing initiatives between Intel and strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners. These strategies included event content development for white papers, blog posts, press releases, and social media, managing event presence and promoting ISVs as speakers and presenters in said events, and organizing Intel sponsorship for other industry events and conferences. I also coordinated efforts between internal Intel teams and ISVs for allowing partners to optimize software on the new and upcoming Intel hardware.
