Responsible for the overall operations of Charlotte Motor Speedway, ZMAX Dragway, and the Dirt Track at Charlotte.
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of daily operations at Charlotte Motor Speedway, ZMax Dragway, and the Dirt Track at Charlotte. Duties include assigning daily department tasks, work order and asset management through software, budget management, capital improvement projects, and employee performance evaluations.
Directly supervise the departments inside the Event Operations and Logistics Division. Manages all ground logistics for all events at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, ZMAX Dragway, and the Dirt Track At Charlotte. Responsible for the coordination of staffing, event setup, and fan logistics.
