With nearly two decades of experience in financial technology - from scaling SumUp from startup to global unicorn, to advising some of Europe’s most innovative fintechs - I bring a unique blend of operational leadership and board-level perspective. I have served as CEO, Chair, Global Executive, Independent Non Executive Director, Founder and Head of Compliance, completing the full journey from startup to €10B valuation. 🦄 I’ve had the privilege of working in three fintech unicorns, each at pivotal stages of their growth - giving me deep insight into what it takes to scale responsibly and successfully.
