Design, simulation and optimization of driers, cluster cutters and imaging systems
Worked with in-house team members and vendors to develop extremely challenging high brightness BLU for OEM customer. Worked with University of Arizona on development and implementation of diffractive beam splitting and pixel squeezing concepts to improve MLD image quality. Grating was used by U of A for laser beam combination and alignment marks were used for other diffraction grating projects within the University. Managed IP with in-house and external council. Completed prototype photo-lithography for testing custom developed pixel structures including sourcing of materials from Bayer, process work-up, laying out photo-masks and testing.
