Worked with University of Arizona on development and implementation of diffractive beam splitting and pixel squeezing concepts to improve MLD image quality. Grating was used by U of A for laser beam combination and alignment marks were used for other diffraction grating projects within the University. Managed IP with in-house and external council. Completed prototype photo-lithography for testing custom developed pixel structures including sourcing of materials from Bayer, process work-up, laying out photo-masks and testing.
