I’m a digital practitioner with 20+ years of experience leading websites, apps, e-commerce builds, and cross-functional delivery inside creative and digital agencies. I’ve spent most of my career sitting at the intersection of strategy, UX, design, and project delivery — turning complex ideas into clear plans and helping teams ship meaningful digital products. After years in senior digital roles, I co-founded EarthWise Natural Health, where I now lead brand, digital strategy, content, and product development. I joined AQAI as part of the leadership team to support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of the company’s digital products and online presence. My role blended product ownership, digital project oversight, and cross-functional coordination across an early-stage, fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities included: • Acting as Product Owner for AQAI’s web ecosystem — overseeing improvements, managing roadmaps, defining priorities, and ensuring seamless lead-gen and user experience. • Supporting the implementation of our technology stack, integrations, and internal digital processes. • Leading the early-stage development and MVP launch of the AIDA project, coordinating resources, defining goals, and contributing hands-on across strategy and execution. • Managing cross-functional workflows and temporarily supporting departments during growth phases. • Monitoring digital performance, reporting progress, and identifying opportunities for optimisation. • Contributing to a scalable, investment-ready business model by aligning product delivery with commercial goals. This role strengthened my ability to bring clarity to evolving digital products, work across teams, and guide projects from concept through to delivery in a purpose-driven environment.
