My entire career spent in IT until 2016 now consulting and running a garden business. i started out technical with programming and analysis , moving to more analytical roles in datawarehouse and business intelligence consultancy , development manager for a crime/intelligence software application, delivering large programmes (£10M+) and then into independent programme/senior project manager to key clients. I have worked in many industries covering retail , motor , finance , police and emergency services, public safety, health, rail ,and software business sectors. Specialties: I am Prince II certified, qualified in MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) and Management of Risk (MoR) so programme and project management is my natural home. I'm a natural communicator and organiser that can bring diverse and dispersed teams together and lead them to successful delivery, a safe pair of hands that clients can rely on in both good times, and more importantly , to lead stakeholders through less good times.
