Oversight of pre-construction activities with respect to potential food retail schemes incorporating cutting edge AI technology. This included feasibility studies, cost estimation, budgeting, programmes, risk management, build-ability assessment and stakeholder engagement to ensure comprehensive planning.
Working as part of a small team of senior managers to deliver an overhaul of FM operations including internal resource structures, procurement methodologies, performance management of the supply chain, and FM delivery models.
Managing a team of internal cost managers and cost specialists, to deliver best value solutions from investment in the estate. Control of cost reporting across all capital expenditure within the Property division including retail, logistics and manufacturing projects.
Management of the construction strategy for all capital expenditure in Property, notably managing the performance of the supply chain, developing and implementing framework agreements, internal and external resource deployment. Leading all governance related activity for the construction team, including health and safety, programme governance and risk.
