Previous Business Analyst with a long standing history in the financial services industry. Employed with over 15 years continuous service with PSG Konsult Ltd (Multinet Brokers and Topexec Managment Beurea bought over by PSG Konsult Ltd). I have been working in the financial services industry since 2006, starting as a New Business Call Centre Agent and later moving into the Short-term Insurance Personal Lines New Business Policy Underwriting field eventually becoming the Personal Lines New Business Manager before moving to the Information Technology space supporting the Policy Administration system including migrations between different policy administration systems. This provided valuable insight into the systems as well as exposing me to Infrastructure support roles before taking over my current role as a Business Analyst working closely with business for the analysis of feature requests and incident management, including managing the relationship between the various Vendors (Obsidian & Guruhut for JIRA, Codeplex & Marshan for SPM, and iNovo for Presence) and PSG Konsult Ltd, including user system support.
