- Define and implement the Western Europe (UK & I, France, Spain, BeNe, Norway, Denmark) regional market and brand strategy – driving brand awareness and sales growth. - Ownership of the strategic planning and GTM process and sub-regional Key Account marketing agenda. - Lead Key City initiative – with focused brand awareness growth, community development and increased brand demand and preference. - Build high-performing sub-regional, local market and Key City teams during hyper growth phase and new market onboarding.
- A central management role – connecting Ecommerce and Retail teams, Buying and Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Design to deliver engaging, commercial 360-degree omni-channel campaigns. - Accountable for all campaign activity – from business objectives to campaign concept and creative development, promotion and messaging, production, execution, and analysis. - Ownership of retail trading calendar across store and ecommerce channels – reporting on commercial performance to improve business profit.
- Zone3 are a leading triathlon and open water swim brand - Responsible for global Marketing and creative – leading strategic rebranding project, launching the brand in North America and doubling D2C sales and customer base year-on-year – positioning as a world leading triathlon brand.
- Member of the Senior Management team, responsible for campaign planning and execution - delivering cut-through, award winning ATL and BTL campaigns during high-growth period – leading to PE acquisition. - 2x winner or Retail Week Enterprise Award for Marketing/ Advertising Campaign of the Year
- Responsible for marketing and PR activity across all exclusive (imported by Evans Cycles) and private label brands. - Managed a portfolio of a dozen brands worth over £25m in annual sales; producing activity in-line with their global strategies. - Launched Sir Chris Hoy’s, ‘HOY’ bike brand in partnership with Evans Cycles in 2012/13.
