Assists in the analysis and resolution of client or systems users inquiries and problems which are relatively complex and require a thorough understanding of rules, processes, procedures and the client community. Provides courteous, accurate responses to callers. Responds to written correspondence from clients and others. Maintains records of correspondence and other daily activities. Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically on the telephone and in writing and to solve and persevere in the resolution of problems requiring analysis and synthesis of several kinds of data. Remain calm and represent Unisys effectively and professionally in a high stress environment. Interact well and cooperatively with other team members. Ability to operate a CRT terminal and/or personal computer. Examples include but are not limited to clerical data entry/input for a client enterprise, claims processing/claims review activities, banking and other outsourced types of service that are non-technical in nature.
