Now approaching 30 years experience of working in the property industry, throughout the South East of England. Extensive experience of Residential, Commercial and Auction markets. I joined the Romans Group in 1999, and the auctions team soon after its inception 22 years ago. I progressed through the formal NfoPP training to become an Auctioneer approximately 18 years ago, being mentored by some of the very best in the industry. Since our humble beginnings we have grown to be independently recognised as the market leading Auctioneers in the area. We are now actively involved in introducing the auctions service throughout the Leaders network across the UK. We deal with both private and corporate clients with the same care, commitment and professionalism.
Active in the auction disposal of land,commercial and residential property throughout the South East on behalf of Private and Corperate sellers. The role includes direct valuation,marketing and selling assets in order to maximise the return for the client whilst the auction contract protects the seller. Other elements include client liasion, business development,expert witness and account management.
