Delivery Manager - Strategic programmes at easyJet

St Albans, England, United Kingdom

About

I have extensive PMO/Portfolio Office skills and expertise. I specialise in the setting up Portfolio Management and PMO functions from scratch and have experience of doing this within a number of different industries. My main areas of expertise are the definition and implementation of project prioritisation, benefits management and PMO processes. The processes I implement are initially focussed on ensuring the organisations I work for are ‘doing the right things’ by collating key information that will provide clarity to senior management and the wider audience with regards to the collection of change initiatives and how these initiatives will deliver the greatest contribution to the strategic objectives. Secondly, the processes I implement ensure that projects are delivered using best practice and controls; and finally the processes ensure the smooth delivery of business benefits and their realisation.
