I have 40+ years of experience in software and services in financial and insurance services as well as emerging payment technologies and have served as a venture and private equity investor. My experience as a CEO ranges from start-up to large-scale LBO turnarounds and IPOs. I’m currently available for private and public board involvement if co-investment opportunities are present. In 1995, my wife, Shari, and I founded One Mind after our son, Brandon suffered a psychotic break. Our goal was, and continues to be, bridging the gaps in mental health research funding, patient support and advocacy. Since then, One Mind has become the leading brain health nonprofit committed to healing the lives of people impacted by brain illness and injury through global, collaborative action. Our vision is "healthy brains for all." Specialties: Venture investing, LBO/Private Equity investor and operator, mergers and acquisition, transaction processing services particularly payments and auto insurance claims, public company audit, nominating and governance, compensation committee experience, philanthropy, neuroscience research, non-profit management, mental health advocacy.
