Sui is a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain built from the ground up for speed, scalability, and secure digital asset ownership—enabling frictionless Web3 experiences for developers and users alike. Since launch, Sui has achieved a market cap of over $12B, ranked top 8 in Total Value Locked (TVL), and amassed over 1.5 million active accounts and 100M+ transactions. As Global Head of Marketing and Communications, I led Sui’s go-to-market strategy from pre-mainnet through global scale-up, including brand identity, positioning, and messaging. I built and scaled the global marketing organization across product marketing, growth, brand, content, events, partnerships, design, and integrated campaigns, driving consistent and high-impact execution. Key contributions: Successfully launched Sui Mainnet, building Sui's brand and orchestrating a cross-functional GTM across channels and markets. Established Sui as a category leader in DeFi, gaming, and DePIN. Launched Walrus (decentralized storage) and DeepBook (on-chain central limit order book) on Sui, each surpassing $500M+ in market cap. DeepBook now serves as the core liquidity infrastructure for Sui DeFi, powering over $4.5B in trading volume, 80M+ users, and facilitating institutional-grade on-chain trading through a fully decentralized CLOB architecture. Scaled developer and user communities globally, helping grow Sui’s community to 1M+ members across social and messaging platforms. Built brand presence in top crypto retail markets across APAC, Europe, and the Middle East. Developed and led Sui Basecamp, the network’s flagship annual conference, drawing top-tier developers, partners, and ecosystem players to expand engagement and visibility. My focus remains on driving innovation in Web3, building durable ecosystem value, and growing Sui into one of the most developer-friendly and widely adopted blockchains in the industry.
Chainlink Labs is the industry leader in secure and decentralized oracle networks, powering smart contracts with real-world data and enabling blockchain applications to interface with external systems such as APIs, payment rails, and IoT devices. Chainlink secures over $20B+ in Total Value Secured (TVS) across the multi-chain ecosystem and serves as the most widely adopted oracle solution in Web3. At Chainlink, I led the global brand marketing strategy, helping scale Chainlink’s reputation as the foundational infrastructure for data-driven smart contracts. I built and matured core marketing functions, including brand, content, social, events, talent brand, and integrated marketing, and aligned them with the company’s rapid product and ecosystem growth. Key contributions: Redefined Chainlink’s brand identity and value proposition to clearly differentiate in a crowded Web3 infrastructure landscape. Launched high-impact global campaigns that elevated Chainlink’s thought leadership across key narratives such as staking, crypto-economic security, real-world adoption, and blockchain for social good. Expanded Chainlink’s narrative beyond core infrastructure to highlight its role in next-gen finance, DeFi, NFTs, and cross-chain interoperability. Supported major product and ecosystem announcements, including Chainlink Staking, CCIP (Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol), and new integrations across top blockchains and data providers. This role combined long-term brand strategy with fast-paced execution across multiple channels, playing a key role in scaling Chainlink’s market leadership during a pivotal phase of its global expansion.
