- Scaled hackathon capacity from <200 to 400, doubled amount raised for a single hackathon and brought companies like Amazon, Coinbase, BGB Group and Capital One to our Fall 2024 event - In charge of directing a 35+ person organizing team (consisting of 5 subteams) in building biannual hackathons
- Coordinated with the Office of Undergraduate Studies for event operations & venue-booking - Led the Operations subteam, managed hosting operations/initiatives & worked cross-functionally with other subteams (Partnerships, Branding, Experience, etc.)
- Directed the judging process to ensure a smooth awarding process - Curated an inclusive and engaging experience for HackPrinceton's participants, sponsors and judges
Joined founding team post-MVP as the primary product manager, leading all product development efforts including roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution with a small engineering team.
