I am a Year 3 Accountancy student at Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a strong interest in financial accounting, corporate reporting and finance operations. Through my academic coursework, I have developed a solid foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel. In addition to academics, I gained valuable hands-on experience in customer service and teamwork through part-time roles at Haidilao and Genki Sushi. Working in fast-paced environments strengthened my communication, adaptability and problem-solving skills while teaching me the importance of collaboration and time management. Beyond academics and work, I actively participate in volunteer and sustainability initiatives, where I have developed leadership, teamwork, and event coordination skills. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and contribute meaningfully to team projects. I am driven by a desire to make meaningful contributions to the accountancy field by my leadership abilities. The dynamic nature of the industry excites me, and thrive on challenges that push me to grow both personally and professionally. I am fluent in both English and Chinese, having studied Higher Chinese Language for 8 years since primary school and achieving an A1 during my O-Level examinations, I have strong proficiency in the Chinese Language.
