Responsibilities Provide network management service to enterprises (Railcorp, RTA, Fujitsu, BOC etc). It includes: • Design, deploying, implementing, maintaining customer LAN/WAN networks. • Taking ownership and action of the performance and delivery against the contract and expectations of the customers. • Design and deploy large scalable testing enterprise network according to customers’ request. • Advising customers on new systems and technologies to fit their future needs. • Provide network architecture oversight, network capacity design, and quality assurance. • Participate in project delivery management, workforce management and action review. • Implement date network infrastructure using Cisco 1800, 2800, 3800, 3900, 7200 Routers and 2960, 3560, 3750, 4500 and 6500 switches and Wireless WLC (Wireless LAN Controller) and APs (Access Points),Nexus 1000, Nexus 5000 • Carry out network stress volume test, post implementation validation, and take critical role in change management. • Participate in proactive/reactive network support, performance analysis and fault resolution. • Document editing and recording for technical support experience sharing and service tracing purpose. • Working closely with Cisco TAC and other hardware/Software vendors reporting and investigating technical issues, developing strategies and solutions suits business needs.
