•Performing needs of all Banking departments in Recruitment, Learning&Development, Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management processes •Budget tracking •Planning a career path for employees •Being responsible for the internal communication management
• Identifying needs of IT department and communicating their issues (Recruitment, Learning&Development, Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management) to related person/department to take further actions • Taking a significant role in building and implementing new People and Culture strategies aligned with departmental and organizational OKRs • Being the first point of contact for the employees of IT department, regarding all processes by using SAP HR System • Establishing a career path for employees, following up organizational innovations and activities for an excellent employee experience
* Working one-on-one with the General Manager * Help company catch up with the new trends, technologies and practices related to customs and logistics sector, preparing reports * Preparation of the follow-up plan for the decisions made in the meetings of the board and committees, especially upper-management staff meetings such as the Board of Management, Executive Board, and aligning the long-term corporate strategic plan with these decisions *Conducting research and presenting to the management related to blockchain and AI technologies and their future with the customs and logistics industry
