Before Lido I was Head of Marketing at Gnosis (gnosis.io)—one of the pioneering Web3 unicorns—from 2023 to 2025. Before Gnosis, I created a net-new platform for Shopify (Linkpop) and grew it from zero to hundreds of thousands of users. I also drove growth marketing to scale Shopify across APAC. Prior to Shopify, I helped create a totally new (and highly successful) category of e-bikes with Tern in Taipei. I deliver company-defining business impact.       I worked as a Product Manager leading the Linkpop team at Shopify (0-->1) and as a Growth Product Manager making discovery, onboarding, conversion and success effortless for Creators and Replatformers. I brought the Linkpop project from a hackathon idea into a fully-staffed team of engineers, user experience designers, researchers and data scientists. The product has been recognised as one of Shopify's top business highlights in 2022 (see Q1 2022 financial results) and is a leading offering in the company's portfolio of E-commerce services for Creators. While growing the product from 0 --> 1, I also I led 10+ initiatives to bring the product to its current success, including: • Launching 'Shoppable Links' — a product feature which delivers 2x better session to sale conversion than other LIB tools (e.g. Linktr.ee, Beacons) • Launching Linkpop (product and brochure) in eight international languages, including German, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia • Delivering significant virality optimisation and k-factor hacking • Integrations with leading affiliate platforms, including Collabs • Delivering a suite of advanced customisation services Beyond Linkpop, I also worked to define Shopify's product-led growth for Creators, including a Creator tailored onboarding, Creator-affiliate integrations, and fundamental revisions to Shopify's data-driven identification of Creators in the Shopify funnel. Likewise, I also worked to make it frictionless and easy for 'Replatformers' to migrate to Shopify by identifying high value merchants migrating to Shopify from other eCommerce platforms like Amazon, WIX, Magento and WooCommerce, and supporting them with initiatives including free migration, tailored onboarding, and enablement to find longterm success on the platform.
