Responsibilities: - Advice on all operational matters as Member of the Management Team. - Development of project and programme management standards, workflows, and policies. - Coordination of Grants and Contract Management processes. - Identification of new business opportunities. - Supporting and co-leading strategy preparation and implementation processes. - Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of business development plans. - Coordination of liaison activities with Partners and with National and International Donors. - Leading and coaching of department staff (mostly senior professionals).
Supports academic staff members in project cycle management from the idea and formulation phase to the submission, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation phases. Responsibilities: • Acquisition of new projects and scan of market opportunities. • Analyse donor programmes and advise on selection of most relevant programmes. • Advise and support in project formulation and implementation, including financial management. • Contract Management. • Manage Project Information and Administration systems (through ERP solution). • Manage selected capacity development projects • Support to Management of Internal Funds. • Liaise with project stakeholders, e.g. Donors and Partners. • Standardize documents (e.g. Budget, contracts, project proposals, project reports).
Plans, supports implementation and monitors the Quality Management System at UNESCO-IHE. Responsibilities: • Identify and Implement a Quality Management System strategy for the Institute. • Analyse core and supporting Business Processes and setup plans for improvement. • Review and support updates and improvement of existing procedures.
Supports the Quality Management System and implements organizational development activities. Responsibilities: • Coordinates ISO Certifications (e.g ISO/TS 16949 for automotive market). • Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate customer audits. • Lead Organizational Development projects (e.g. Quality Culture development project). • Conduct Quality System trainings.
Responsible for ensuring quality of products manufactured at the Micron Italy facility. Responsibilities: • Products qualification and quality control management; define product quality objectives and monitoring activities. • Supervise of reliability testing lab, including equipment evaluation and purchasing (managing ~200,000€ budget per year). • Manage a team of 9 senior staff.
