I have long time experience working as sales manager in an international company. Within this large organization, I succeeded in setting up and managing a territorial sales and service branch, winning new business opportunities, achieving sales goals, improving operative processes and strengthening customer relationships. In my new role as European sales manager for materials at Ferrotec, my main objective is supporting both our existing customer base and our prospects by leveraging Ferrotec’s diversified portfolio, to develop value-added solutions to their business challenges.

In addition to my previous role as Branch Sales Manager for Italy, I started covering the new role of Innovation Manager at Ferrotec Europe GmbH, with tasks such as learning and introducing innovation culture and tools in the company, and drive the mindset change. Currently I am in the process to define Ferrotec Europe's innovation strategy and to help introduce digital transformation in company’s processes.
Sales Manager role with territorial coverage of sales in Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Turkey. Accomplished tasks were: 1) to set up and manage our new Italian Team, including one Inside Sales representative and one service technician for cryogenics products; 2) to increase business opportunities with newly introduced product lines (semiconductor materials, thermoelectric devices, ceramic substrates for power electronics); 3) to collaborate closely with Ferrotec Group subsidiaries in Asia; 4) to plan annual sales objectives and provide forecasts, participating in monthly business reviews with Top Management.
