Also franchise studio’s in Taiwan, Koeweit, Libanon, Oekraïne, Egypt, Saoudi-Arabië, Marocco and the UAE. The most important responsibilities: - Business Development of the GlamSmile Studio’s in Ghent, Rome, Munich and Brussels. - Online Marketing Management to increase lead generation around Europe - Responsibility for the delivery of optimal support and service to the Studio’s.
Operational Management of the Retention, Member Services, Marketing, Purchase and Retail Department for the Benelux region. The most important responsibilities: - P&L responsibility for the Retention in the Benelux. - Final responsibility for direct debits and for debt collection processes in the Benelux. - Responsibility for the increase of the “Member Experience” of our members. - Responsibility for the delivery of optimal support and service towards our clubs. - Chairman of the employees council and CPBW in Belgium and Luxembourg
Operational Management of the following departments in the Support Centre: Retention, Fitness, Member Services, Marketing, HR, Retail, Purchase and Property & Facility. The most important responsibilities: - P&L responsibility on Ebitda level, in particular Membership, Total Revenue and Employment Cost. - Management of the total Capex budget Belux. - Back-up of Managing Director in the daily management. - Back-up of Regional Business Manager in the field management
