As Chief Growth Officer, I lead the design and execution of our commercial growth strategy, with a clear focus on accelerating revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening overall commercial performance. I develop scalable frameworks that align sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring every initiative drives sustainable top- and bottom-line growth. As a member of the Global Leadership Team, I work closely with our private equity partner Capital A to translate long-term strategic ambitions into actionable growth plans, aligning value creation initiatives with shareholder expectations.
