Excited about empowering others through impactful learning experiences, I specialize in designing and facilitating training programs that inspire growth, enhance performance, and facilitate belonging. With extensive experience in adult learning, leadership development, and learning evaluation, I bring a dynamic approach to learning and development. My background includes: Designing and delivering engaging workshops and webinars for diverse audiences, from government agencies to international organizations; facilitating team-building retreats and leadership training sessions that drive collaboration, strategic thinking, and positive workplace culture; and utilizing a learner-centric approach to create impactful training materials that resonate with participants and foster meaningful behavior change. I am most excited about opportunities where I can leverage my expertise in supporting employee development and organizational growth. I am particularly interested in roles related to leadership training, corporate learning and development, and instructional design.
Led the development of four instructor-led trainings (in-person and virtual) and blended learning training designs on technical topics, leadership, and policies for diverse stakeholders. Facilitated learning activities, including in-person (Sri Lanka, Mali, Nigeria) and virtual workshops, training of trainers, and team retreats, reaching over 100 staff, with over 85% reporting improved learning outcomes. Developed learning evaluation strategies, learning needs assessments, and learning evaluation reports, informing design updates across four courses.
Designed, facilitated, and evaluated four blended learning programs on technical topics, policies, and leadership and supervision, reaching over 200 staff, with over 85% reporting improved learning outcomes. Designed, facilitated, produced, and evaluated three virtual instructor led trainings, reaching over 100 staff with over 80% reporting improved learning outcomes.
Designed and implemented English language curriculum for over 75 students at a vocational-technical school and over 100 elementary school students. Designed, and led training of trainers sessions for a girls' health and education program attended by over 20 program facilitators. Conducted a demographic analysis for PC Mozambique and developed knowledge sharing resources for PC volunteers. Worked with Mozambican counterparts to plan and execute the provincial science fair, which took place in July, 2019 and was attended by over 100 students, teachers, and government officials
Supported professional and organizational development and communications and knowledge management workstreams and project operations for the EPIC Project. Contributed to the development of annual work plans and the project monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan. Helped plan for and deliver a retreat for over 50 staff, sessions for the Leadership Development Program, and two education courses for approximately 50 staff based throughout the globe. Supported the Beyond Evidence in Education Conferences in Washington, DC, and Florence, Italy, each attended by approximately 30 international education professionals.
Managed the A Ganar program in Trinidad and Tobago, providing technical support and facilitating training of trainers to over 20 program staff and facilitators. Led A Ganar monitoring and evaluation initiatives using Salesforce and Excel, tracking and analyzing data of over 1000 participants and facilitators, and coordinating quarterly and annual reports. Planned and executed the International Sports programming Initiative, a $200,0000 program attended by 18 Venezuelans and Americans, aiming to teach participants how to use sports as a tool for social change.
Worked for the A Ganar program, a four phase mentorship and service learning program that gives youth in Latin America and the Caribbean sport-based employability training and technical training in employability skills, followed by internships or apprenticeships and alumni support with a link to employment. Managed the data of 7,000+ youth participants, along with that of facilitators and mentors, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Salesforce and generated Salesforce dashboards for quarterly reports. Edited and translated documents, and was responsible for overseeing volunteer recruitment for the program.
