At Vault Youth Zone I lead on generating investment into Preston’s young people, growing support, sharing stories that show our impact, and building partnerships that help young people thrive. Alongside this, I founded Ptown Collective, a space for young professionals in Preston to connect through music, art, food, fitness and volunteering. It’s all about community and doing something positive together. I’ve worked across public, private and charity sectors on wellbeing projects, engagement and performance. My early role in probation gave me strong people skills, resilience and a real understanding of how to get the best out of a team.
