• Conceptualize, develop and deliver multiple engagement programs/events for union leaders, cultivating leadership & learning capabilities of all participants. • Established strong relationships with key leaders & training coordinators in running programs including talks, study trips, interest groups and alumni engagement. • Liaised and coordinated arrangements between the unions and national media for an exclusive video production showcasing the efforts and work of the union leaders in Singapore. Key Achievements: Drove union leader engagement through multiple programs and events. Together with a team, spearheaded the 2 major union events garnering record attendance and outreach of over 600 participants each. Worked with inter-department teams as well as unions to plan new Learning Journey programs to further enhance the sharing and caring initiative in the labor union.
• Managed 3rd party engagement for the Community Development Council (CDC) Planning & Development Division, meeting external parties to find the best possible approach to plan and implement partnerships and collaborations to achieve community-bonding goals. • Liaise with government agencies, voluntary welfare organizations and grassroots organizations in the planning and implementation of community events, programs and schemes for the CDC. • Worked with a team in the planning and coordinating of Logistics and VIP Hospitality for national events including the Singapore National Games and Chingay Street Parade. Key Achievements: Working with a team to organize, plan and successfully run the largest community event for the elderly in Caring For The Silver Community, attended by over 3000 senior citizens. The initiative championed the CDCs’ cause of social support for the elderly in our community.
