Real change happens when people are equipped, empowered, and connected with purpose. For the past decade, my work has centred on building cross-sectorial systems, programs, and leaders who uplift diverse communities across ASEAN. As the Founder & CEO of Bamboo Builders, I lead a social enterprise specialising in using gamified, experiential learning to educate communities on societal issues, human skills and digital literacy. We’ve trained tens of thousands of people, mentored hundreds of social projects, and built ecosystems that create sustainable, scalable impact. This includes national initiatives in Singapore like SG ScamWISE and regional partnerships with Google.org, the ASEAN Foundation, and Maybank Foundation. My ikigai sits at the intersection of education, community empowerment, technology, and social innovation — helping people think critically, be more human, and feel confident about their futures. Bamboo Builders is a Singapore-based social enterprise that aims to #BuildChangeBetter. Believing every person should feel confident about their future, they close gaps in traditional education by empowering individuals with real-world skills to multiply real-world impact. Since 2017, Bamboo Builders has trained tens of thousands of leaders in launching hundreds of initiatives that have made significant impact across Singapore and ASEAN. - Created A0-size poster detailing difference between forestry certifications, namely Forest Stewardship Council(FSC), Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC), Malaysian Timber Certification Council (MTCC), - Designed infographic for companies deciding which Forestry certification is best to obtain based on specific needs.
