About

I think most enterprise sales is broken. Vendors pitch features, buyers buy the deck, and six months later nothing has changed. My approach is different — and it comes from having been on the other side. I've co-founded two tech companies: an AI computer vision system for retail, and a smartwatch fitness rewards app. I've written briefs, hired engineers, and watched vendors miss the point entirely. That experience changes how you sell. At BCG, I bring that founder-and-builder lens to enterprise sales. I challenge the brief before I propose anything. I care more about whether it actually works than whether it closes. Mandarin-fluent. Comfortable across Western and Chinese business cultures. Outside of work, I teach fitness classes. Turns out reading a room is the same skill whether you're in a boardroom or a cycling studio.
